Materials:- Hilsa fish (4 pieces), Mustard oil (50 g), Black cumin (a little), Green chillies (4), Turmeric (a little), Chilli powder, Raw mango (1), Black and white mustard paste (50 g), Salt (to taste).
Procedure:- Clean the hilsa fish and put salt on it. Heat oil in a pan and add black cumin and green chillies. A little later add raw mango slices. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder one by one. Strain a little and pour water. When the mangoes are cooked, strain the mustard paste and add its juice. Then add the hilsa pieces. Once the hilsa is cooked, the hilsa with mango mustard is ready.
