This is what you need for a crispy Asian bowl
You don’t need any fancy ingredients for this delicious low carb Asian bowl! Next to Ground beef (or veggie hack) are still to come White cabbage as well as carrots and Spring onions into the pan. An Asian sauce is served with the minced meat and crunchy vegetables sesame oil, Sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, Garlic and Ginger. Delicious to put in!
You can also combine the bowl with leftover vegetables such as zucchini, peas or peppers.

1. Cutting
First, the vegetables, i.e. white cabbage, spring onions and carrots, are chopped into small pieces. Ginger and garlic are chopped small.
2. Roast
The minced meat is then fried in a pan, then all the vegetables are added. It should still have some bite after frying.
3. Taste
Now all you have to do is add a sauce made from soy sauce, sesame oil and sweet chili sauce and the delicious Asian bowl is ready.

Ingredients for the Asian sauce
Cut white cabbage into thin strips, spring onions into rings, peel carrots and cut into thin sticks. Chop ginger and garlic finely.
Place the minced meat in a wok or large pan and fry vigorously. Add ginger and garlic and fry briefly. Add the white cabbage, spring onions and carrots and fry for 5 minutes.
Mix and stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil and sweet chili sauce.
