1 Mincemeat 1/2 kg
2 Queen lentil dal (boiled) 1 cup
3 Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
4 Proven hot spices 1 tablespoon
5 Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
6 Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
7 Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
8 Yogurt 1 cup
9 Tomatoes (finely chopped) 4 pcs
10 1/2 sprig of mint
11 Coriander 1/2 bunch
12 Green chillies 6-8 pcs
13 Dry Potato Bukhara 6-8 pcs
14 Onion (chopped) 2 pcs
15 Oil as required
16 Basmati rice 1/2 kg
17 Salt 1 tablespoon
18 Bayan flower 1 pc
19 Yolk color 1/4 tsp

Step by Step Instructions – Preparation recipe
- 1Heat oil in a pan and add minced meat and fry for 5 minutes.
- 2After that, add garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curd, onion, salt, bayan flower, hot spices and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 3Add a cup of water and tomatoes and cook on medium heat.
- 4When the water of the mince is dry, mix potatoes, coriander, mint, green chillies and lentil dal.
- 5Boil a cup of rice. Put a layer of rice and a mince in the pot.
- 6Finally, add the color and curry powder and keep it on the tail for 15-20 minutes.
- 7Mix hot rice while serving and drink it.
