Black sesame seeds are a good ingredient and have many health benefits. Especially good for the intestines. I heard that black sesame can make your hair black. And Christian loves the aroma of sesame seeds. So, I made some simple mochi and added black sesame powder and sugar to make it a delicious snack.
When a friend saw it, he said, “Oh, it looks like glutinous rice balls.” However, the filling stuck to the outside. ” Ha, this description is really wonderful. The sesame filling is on the outside, so it can bring out its aroma as much as possible.

Material:
- 140g glutinous rice flour
- Tapioca flour 15 g
- 20 grams of sugar
- salt ⅛ teaspoon
- 180ml water
- Coconut juice 40 ml
- oil 15ml
- 50g black sesame powder
- 40g sugar

practice:
- First mix black sesame powder and sugar, pour into a plate, and set aside.
- Sift glutinous rice flour and tapioca flour into a large glass bowl (or microwave-safe container). Add sugar, salt. Pour in the water, coconut milk and oil and mix thoroughly.
- Place it in the microwave (power level 8) for 2 minutes, take it out carefully and rub it evenly with a rubber spatula.
- Put it in the microwave (powder level 6) for 1 minute, rub it evenly with a rubber spatula, let it cool for a while, then add it to the black sesame seeds and sugar. Use scissors to fry into small pieces and evenly coat with black sesame seeds and sugar. It tastes great!
- If the cooked mochi is too hot, let it cool down a little before mixing in the black sesame seeds and sugar to prevent the sugar from melting. If you don’t mind affecting the presentation, it’s okay, as the taste will not be affected anyway.
- My microwave oven is 1100W.
- Black sesame powder, available at Tangrenpu.
