Breaded Schnitzel Recipe – [ESSEN UND TRINKEN]

  1. Thinly plate the schnitzel one after the other between two pieces of cling film. Salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Whisk the cream and eggs vigorously in a bowl with a fork and season with salt. Place the flour and breadcrumbs in a bowl or deep plate.

  3. Turn the schnitzel one by one in the flour, shake off any excess flour, dip in the egg cream, then bread in the breadcrumbs. Just press the breading lightly.

  4. Heat the clarified butter and fry the schnitzel for approx. 4 minutes on each side. Baste with fat again and again and move the pan slightly.

  5. Remove the golden brown schnitzels from the pan, drain on kitchen paper and serve with parsley and lemon.
