Recipe for fluffy cheese rolls with feta, gouda and oats for the school lunch in the morning but also for adults’ snacks at work, with simple ingredients. Today we will show you a delicious recipe for fluffy cheese rolls with oat flakes, feta cheese, gouda and a few more simple ingredients. We make them very often for our children’s school lunch, since we don’t want them to eat the grocery store, and we recommend them to you too.
Shape the dough into 6 balls of 100 grams each one. We press them a little and with our finger we open a hole in the middle. We put them in a pan with greaseproof paper and beat the egg yolk with the water.
Brush the cheese rolls with the yolk and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven, in the air, at 180 degrees Celsiusfor 30 minutes until they turn color. 
Sesame seeds are optional. Instead of sesame we can put oat flakes.
