Creamy herb pasta recipe
To make the creamy pasta, first place a pan full of salted water on the heat and when it reaches the boil, throw in the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package. In the meantime, take care of the seasoning: finely chop the aromatic herbs: thyme, marjoram, rosemary and sage 1. Pour the fresh spreadable cheese into a bowl 2 and flavor it with the chopped herbs 3
and grated Parmigiano Reggiano 4. Dissolve with milk 5 and mix everything with a spoon or spatula to mix the ingredients and aromas 6.
Pour the cream obtained into a large pan and soften it with a ladle of the pasta cooking water 7. Mix 8 and when the pasta is cooked, drain it directly into the pan 9.
Stir one last time to flavor the linguine 10. Serve the creamy herb pasta immediately, flavoring it with ground pepper to taste 11 and garnished it with marjoram leaves 12.
