Crepes without eggs can be made sweet or savory

To make the dough smooth, sift the flour at the beginning.

Milk should be at room temperature

This crepe recipe can also be made stuffed in the oven and you can put whatever filling you like, spinach, chicken, mushrooms, etc.

Put the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix them with a whisk.

Add the oil and milk and mix with a whisk. If there are enough lumps of flour left, it is better to pass it through a sieve. That’s how everything will disappear.

Let the dough stand for 10 minutes if we have the time.

Heat a 24 or 26 cm non-stick pan

Lightly oil the pan with some kitchen paper.

Add about 1/2 cup of dough.

Shake the pan by the handle so that the dough is spread all over the surface of the pan and it becomes a thin crepe.

For baking

Bake until the crepe comes off and hardens. About 2-1/2 minutes

Flip and cook on the other side for about 1-1/2 minutes.

According to the recipe, remove the crepe on a plate and continue making the rest of the crepes without milk.

Serve with chocolate or cheese and ham.
