For pizza muffins, we can use ready-made pizza dough or make homemade pizza dough. If we use ready-made commercial dough, we need a large sheet of pizza dough.
Spread the tomato sauce or ketchup all over the surface of the pizza.
Sprinkle the entire surface of the pizza with half of the grated cheese.
Lay slices of ham or slices of salami on the surface.
Sprinkle the remaining grated mozzarella.
Roll the pizza into a tight roll, starting from the long side.
Cut into 1-1/2 cm thick slices.
Place each piece in a greased muffin tin.
Leave for a while, about 15′ until the dough rises.
Bake in a well preheated oven, at 200°C, for about 15′.
Unmould the pizza muffins and serve them while they are hot.
