Fried noodles with chicken, vegetables and egg you can with my recipe do it yourself quickly and easilyThe delicious dish from the wok or pan tastes like a Chinese meal and is a popular classic for the whole family.

Ingredients for fried noodles
Chinese fried noodles simply make you happy. Instead of ordering from a delivery service, you can now easily make the popular wok dish yourself. You may already have most of the ingredients for the recipe in your stash. And if not, it’s not a bad thing, because fried noodles can be used in many different ways. This is what you need for my recipe:
- Wok noodles
Alternatively, you can also use Mie noodles. - chicken
- egg
- Vegetables
I like the combination of crunchy carrots, Spring onions and fresh bean sprouts most of all. - soy sauce
- maple syrup
You can also replace the maple syrup with agave syrup or honey. - Garlic and chili spice
If things have to be done particularly quickly, I also like to use an Asian vegetable mix from the frozen compartment.


Fried Noodles Recipe

Prepare
First, pour boiling water over the pasta and let it steep. Cut the carrots into thin strips and the spring onions into diagonal rings. Wash the bean sprouts well. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Prepare sauce
Now mix a sauce with soy sauce, maple syrup, chopped garlic and chili.
Fry everything
Heat some oil in the wok and first fry the chicken, then carrots and Mie noodles. sauce fold in. Then push all the ingredients a little to the edge and add the beaten eggs to the wok and let them set. Add the bean sprouts and spring onions and season everything with soy sauce.
I like to garnish my fried noodles with sesame, coriander or chili.

How can I replace wok noodles?
Instead of wok noodles, you can also use Chinese mie noodles, ramen noodles, spaghetti or tagliatelle.
How long does fried pasta last in the fridge?
You can store the fried noodles in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Can I also prepare the fried noodles vegetarian?
Of course! Simply replace the chicken with smoked tofu or use some more vegetables.
What vegetables do you pair with fried noodles?
Carrots, white cabbage, mushrooms, peas, snow peas or peppers go well with Asian wok dishes. Depending on what your fridge currently has. What I can never miss are spring onions and fresh sprouts.

You can make fried noodles with chicken, vegetables and egg quickly and easily yourself using my recipe.

Total time 25 minutes Min.
Pour boiling water over the wok noodles and let them steep for 5-10 minutes. Then drain. Cut the carrots into fine strips and cut the spring onions into diagonal rings. Wash bean sprouts. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes, add carrots and wok noodles and fry everything again for 4 minutes. Now fold in the sauce.
Push all ingredients slightly to the edge. Add the beaten eggs to the wok and let them set slightly.
Fold in the bean sprouts and spring onions. Season everything with soy sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
Optionally you can still Hoisin sauce admit. The Chinese sauce tastes strong and sweet and spicy.
