Execution for the German Broetchen buns

We melt it sorcery in the water with the wire. Add the olive oil and mix well. We mix the salt with the flour for all purposes and add it to our yeast together with the water. Mix with a spatula and at the end knead it a little. We leave them all night tightly covered to rise at room temperature. In the morning we put some flour on our counter and put our dough on it. We don’t knead it, we just fold it a couple of times and cut it into pieces 9 balls of 90 grams.

We fold them inward a little and shape them, either round or oblong. We leave them 30-45 minutes to rise in the pan we put greaseproof paper on. At the same time, turn on the oven 250 degrees Celsiusup and down we put a dish in which before putting the buns in the oven we will add 1/2 cup of boiling water! As soon as they swell, score them with a sharp knife or a clean razor, spray them with a little water and put them in the oven. We bake in medium rack for 20-25 minutes until they get that nice color. As soon as they are cooked, let them cool a little on the grill.
