Ingredients
Jabuticaba, water, garlic, brown sugar or cane syrup or honey, lemon zest, white fish fillets (tilapia or hake, for example), fresh thyme, salt and pepper.

Start by preparing the jabuticabas
Place the jabuticabas to cook in the water. After it starts to boil, count 5 minutes and turn off the heat.

Blend in a blender and sift.

Finish in the pan
Sauté the garlic with the thyme. Add the jabuticaba broth and add salt and pepper. Add the sugarcane molasses and let it reduce. Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest.

How to make grilled fish in a pan?
Season the fish with salt and ground pepper. Grill in a frying pan with olive oil or butter (1 teaspoon is enough for grilling). Serve with jabuticaba sauce.
