Gravy Ingredients:- Spinach (50 g), Coriander (10-15 g), Spring onion (10 g), Onion (1, chopped), Garlic cloves (5 g), Water (half liter), Salt, Sugar

Materials of Kopta:- Laitya fish (500 gms), chopped onion (half an onion), crushed garlic (2 cloves), crushed ginger (little), salt, turmeric

Other Materials:- Ghee/butter, milk (half cup), garam masala powder

Procedure:- First boil spinach, coriander leaves, spring onion, onion, garlic, water and milk together for 4-5 minutes. Soak it in filtered ice water and grind it finely. Now to prepare kopta, mix with laitya fish, crushed garlic-ginger, chopped onion, salt-turmeric and cook on low heat. When the water starts coming out of the fish, very carefully remove the fork from the fish and drain the water and dry the fish completely. Now take this fish off the heat and let it cool a little. Egg beaten into the fish, form into koptas with a little flour. Heat the oil and fry the kopta eggs. Now heat butter or ghee in a pan and add spinach mixture to it, add enough salt, sugar and half a cup of milk. Meanwhile, boil the kopta well and sprinkle garam masala powder on top and serve.
