Ingredients
1 Rice ½ kg

2 Goat Meat ½ kg

3 Milk 2 cups

4 Crushed Ginger one teaspoon

5 Crushed garlic one teaspoon

6 Onions two medium

7 Yogurt half a cup

8 Ground red chili one teaspoon

9 Ground black pepper one teaspoon

10 Yogurt color one quarter teaspoon

11 Kewra essence half teaspoon

12 Cooking Oil ½ cup
Step by Step Instructions – Preparation Recipe
1Wash the meat and marinate it with yogurt, salt, ginger, garlic and red chili.2Fry the finely chopped onion in cooking oil until lightly golden and add the meat to it. Fry for five to seven minutes. Then boil it. Add the cooled milk and let it cook on low heat. 3. Wash the rice and soak it for fifteen to twenty minutes, then boil it for a minute and drain the water. 4. Season the rice with meat spices (add half a cup of milk after the meat has been marinated). Put it on top and add the yolk color, black pepper and coriander essence and cook it on medium heat for five to seven minutes initially, then cook it on low heat for ten to twelve minutes.
