Myste Restaurant

The restaurant is located in front of Salaya One Condo, Soi Ban Tang Sin, Salaya, near Mahidol University. The recommended way to get there is to come by private car and park on the opposite side of the condo, where there is a parking area. If anyone wants to make a reservation to eat at the restaurant, reservations are open every day, 3 rounds per day: 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 7:00 PM sharp, which can be reserved at Hungry Hub at a special price starting at 5,990 baht per person (8 courses, price includes Net).

From the shop front that is hidden as if there is a secret, but when opening the door and stepping in, it is like being transported to another world that we have never experienced before because the main theme of the shop emphasizes mystery, according to the name Myste which means Mystery, giving the feeling of sitting in a waterfall cave with fog coming out continuously.

As for the seating, it is divided into table seating and bar seating. There are 4 table seatings in total, and they are decorated with luxurious dining utensils, such as gold spoons and forks, and drinking glasses. They are suitable for eating with friends or on a date. The bar seating is suitable for those who come to eat alone. But no matter which type of seating you choose, it gives off an equally charming feeling.

Now let’s start with the first course, which is Tourmaline Granita, a Welcome Drink in the form of granita, an Italian-style drink that combines longan, yuzu soda, and pomegranate juice, resulting in a drink with just the right amount of sourness, stimulating freshness before moving on to other menus.

If we talk about waterfalls in the mist that are pleasing to the eyes, Creek Falls is probably one of the menus that is pleasing to the heart as well. This menu will serve 2 dishes in the form of a magnificent valley of waterfalls in the mist. The first menu will be inspired by pomelo and coconut salad. This menu will feature pomelo, a fruit from Nakhon Pathom Province. Pomelo salad with coconut sauce from Ban Phaeo Garden, Samut Sakhon Province, used to make a crumble decorated with Beluga caviar and sweet pomelo.

This menu recommends that when eating, beat the crumble first, like cracking the outer shell. Then eat it together to get a sweet, sour, and refreshing taste from the pomelo and a little bit of creaminess from the caviar.

The Tom Yum Goong Macaron is a menu inspired by “Tom Yum Goong”, a Thai food menu, made into a macaron with Tom Yum sauce, topped with fried Argentine red shrimp with lemongrass, served in a form that looks like a bird’s nest on a mountain that is beautifully blended with nature.

Myste Mama is a menu inspired by the owner’s mother’s recipe for “Pad Mee”, which is served in layers on beautifully decorated shells. The bottom is made from tofu from a 100-year-old tofu factory in Nakhon Pathom, followed by Japanese scallops seared in truffle oil, before being topped with truffle mushroom rice crackers, caviar gel, and the restaurant’s signature thick red sauce.

Next up is Timber Bite, which is served in two dishes. The first is “Krathong Thong Charcoal Homemade” or “Krathong Thong Charcoal”, which uses the restaurant’s secret southern curry paste, stir-fried with crab meat to make a mousse, and topped with fresh blue crab meat, sent directly from Surat Thani fishermen, fingerroot cookies, beluga caviar, ikura, and sliced ​​truffle.

The “Shrimp Cake Thong Muan” or “Shrimp Cake Thong Muan” is a menu that uses Argentine red shrimp, seasoned with 3 friends: coriander root, garlic, Thai vegetables, before being mixed with sesame oil, topped with plum sauce and Beluga caviar, wrapped in Thai-style Thong Muan and real gold.

Undercurrent is a menu inspired by the spicy Thai food menu, “Tom Klong Pla Haeng”, using snow fish that has been dried, then grilled and boiled for a long time to bring out the most flavor of the fish. The bottom is the restaurant’s special homemade chili paste, and the top is topped with uni and Beluga caviar. The dish is decorated with basil cookies. When eating, it is recommended to pour the right amount of soup and squeeze some lime in for the perfect spicy, sour and tangy taste.

Vocalnic Crust is a menu inspired by the mushroom curry. This menu uses cultivated mushrooms, which are hard to find. It is served with curry mousse, bread and smoked bacon tuile.

Ferccine

Ferccine is a menu inspired by “Khao Khluk Kapi” that we usually eat. Myste has revamped it to look more luxurious by serving it as black squid ink pasta with homemade shrimp paste, topped with crispy parmesan cheese, homemade long bean pesto, garlic, strawberries, served with stewed pork using the slow-cooking technique. On the side, there is espuma with shrimp paste, sprinkled with fluffy shrimp. When eating, mix everything together and eat it in one bite. It will feel like eating Khao Khluk Kapi.

The next dish is called Iris Soup, which is a menu served in the form of cold fruits with a golden ball gel in the center. It is a cold soup consisting of soy sauce soup and yuzu citrus, served with seasonal fruits and decorated with Ice Plant, a healthy snow vegetable.

Fervid Rock is a menu inspired by “Massaman Curry”. The restaurant selects premium ingredients such as Saga Wagyu beef, which is A5 beef from the outer loin. This part of the beef is known as the most delicious part of Wagyu beef. It is served with macadamia croquettes and pickled shallot gel.

For those who want to experience the Home Cuisine experience, this is one of the courses that will definitely make you feel like you are eating at home. The menu includes fried rice with pork rinds and truffle salt, pickled egg yolks and fried eggs, served with fresh shrimp chili paste and seasonal fresh vegetables, and stewed black chicken soup.

Ending with a dessert menu, the Tripartite, 3 desserts inspired by Thai desserts. Dessert 1 is inspired by coconut, a layered pudding with sweet and salty coconut mousse, topped with burnt corn panna cotta. Dessert 2 is inspired by Thai custard with mung beans, topped with fried shallots and caramel. And dessert 3 is inspired by mango sticky rice, mango, chocolate and coconut sorbet.
