Ingredients – Ingredients

1 Half a kilo of goat meat

2 Tubes half kg

3 Two and a half bowls of rice

4 Salt to taste

5 A tablespoon of crushed ginger garlic

6 Three medium onions

7 A bowl of curd

8 Three medium sized tomatoes

9 Crushed Red Chilli One Tablespoon

10 Ground Coriander 1 tbsp

11 Nutmeg Jawtri half teaspoon

12 Large and small cardamom half teaspoon

13 Four to five dry potatoes

14 Three to four green chillies

15 Half a cup of haradhana

16 Half a cup of mint

17 Half a cup of milk

18 Half a teaspoon of yolk color

19 Half a cup of cooking oil

Step by Step Instructions – Preparation recipe

  1. 1Wash the meat and tubes in a bowl and marinate it with ginger garlic, salt, red chillies, ground coriander and yogurt.
  2. 2Fry finely chopped onions in cooking oil until golden and add chopped tomatoes and cook on low flame.
  3. 3When the tomatoes are cooked, add the marinated meat and cook on a low flame until the meat is cooked (in the middle, if the water is dry, add one more cup of water). take
  4. 4Wash the potatoes and soak them in half a cup of water and when the meat is cooked, add it along with the green chillies.
  5. 5Put the cooked meat in a wide pan and add finely chopped coriander and mint on it, then add the boiled rice and add the yolk color mixed with milk and finally sprinkle the ground cardamom and nutmeg jawtri on a low flame for ten to twelve minutes. Put it on the tail.
