Recipe for fluffy oven omelet with tortillas, cherry tomatoes, feta, gouda and kefalotyri for one quick and easy lunch or dinner for the whole family.
We wrap all of them tortillas in a roll and cut them into thin slices. We put them in a pyrex and add the chopped pepper, the crumbled feta, the ham, the bacon, the gouda and the cherry tomatoes cut in half. At the end, add the olives and mix. 
In a bowl, beat the eggs, fresh milk, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour the mixture into the pyrex with the eggs. At the end, add the kefalotyri and bake preheated oven for 30 minutes, on resistances.
