Oriental style soya spaghetti recipe

To make oriental soy spaghetti, start by peeling the carrot, remove the ends and then cut it into thin strips 1wash the pepper, divide it in half, remove the stem and internal seeds and cut it into strips 2 like you did for the carrot. Thinly slice the spring onion 3,

and cut the sweet chillies into thin rounds, taking care to remove the stem and seeds (4-5). Take the chicken breast, cut off the central bone with a knife then divide it in half 6

brush it with olive oil 7grill the chicken on both sides on a griddle sprinkled with coarse salt to flavor it (8-9) and make sure it is not in direct contact with the bottom.

Cut the grilled chicken into sticks 10 and keep it aside. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, brown the spring onion 11 and then pour a few spoonfuls of warm water to let it simmer 12.

When it has wilted, add the carrots 13 and red pepper and sweet pepper 14. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the soy sauce 15 and continue for another 5 minutes.

Then turn off the heat and add the chicken fingers 16. In a pan, bring the water to the boil and boil the soy spaghetti 17 for a maximum of two minutes with the lid on, or following the instructions on the packaging. Drain them 18 and pass them under cold water, fluffing them with a fork to prevent them from thickening too much.
