Materials:- Hilsa fish (2 pieces), chopped spinach (1 cup), raw chili paste (3-4 cups), chopped onion (half cup), turmeric (half teaspoon), mustard paste (1 tablespoon), oil and Salt (as quantity), Kalojire (for boiling).

Procedure:- Apply salt and turmeric to the fish and fry lightly in hot oil. Now boil the black seed in that oil. Saute the chopped onions until the onions turn brown. Now one by one add green chilli paste, mustard paste, chopped spinach and cover with a little water and fried fishes. Reduce heat and cook. When the water dries up, remove from heat and serve with hot rice.
