Pancakes from Argyro

Preparation

All ingredients should be at room temperature.

In a bowl, sift the flour with soda and baking powder.

Mixture

Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt with an egg beater until they dissolve.

Add sour milk and milk and continue beating.

Finally add the melted and cold butter.

Pour the mixture of sour milk and milk into the bowl with the flour and mix with the whisk until they are homogenized.

In the pan

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly butter.

Drop in the mixture spoon by spoon and let it brown for 2 minutes on each side.

Serve with maple syrup, honey, or whatever else we like.
