Pasta recipe with stracchino, bresaola and cherry tomatoes

To make the pasta with stracchino, bresaola and cherry tomatoes, first place a pan full of water on the heat, bring it to the boil and then add salt. Cut the bresaola into strips and then into smaller pieces 1. Wash the cherry tomatoes, divide them into quarters so as to obtain segments (2-3).

When the water comes to the boil, pour in the pasta 4 and cook for the time indicated on the package. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce: pour a drizzle of oil into a pan 5 and stracchino 6

Heat over a low heat and then add the milk for a more fluid consistency 7. Stir to combine and when the pasta is ready, drain it directly into the pan 8. Sauté the pasta to season it, then turn off the heat and add the bresaola 9,

the cherry tomatoes 10 and finally the washed and dried rocket 11. Mix one last time and immediately serve the pasta with stracchino, bresaola and cherry tomatoes 12.
