Pasta with chartreuse and artichokes
Creamy pasta with Certosa crescenza and artichokes, a simple and tasty dish. You love artichokes and recipes with artichokes? Then try this creamy pasta with artichokes and Certosa Galbani and you will see how delicious it is! Maybe you don’t know, but I grew up with Certosa Galbani, my mother always bought it and we spread it everywhere, but never, I say never, did my mother try it on pasta. I, on the other hand, have made many first courses with this super creamy cheese and one of those I love most is linguine with sautéed artichokes and Certosawhich I sometimes also enrich with browned bacon. A few days ago my sister came to visit me, she knows that if she wants to give me some “welcome flowers”, she never goes wrong with artichokes and knowing my passion for this vegetable she brought me some! My sister stayed for lunch and so since there were artichokes and Certosa is certainly never missing in my house, I prepared this delicious creamy dish that you see in the photo. Are you hungry? Do you want to try them too? Let’s go to the kitchen, I’m sure you’ll love the goodness of them too linguine with artichokes and Certosa crescenza, but before we get to the stove I remind you that if you want to stay updated on my recipes you can follow my Facebook page (here) and my Instagram profile (here).
