Pointed cabbage and minced meat are simply the perfect combination. That’s why I love this quick and super filling pan dish so much. The best thing: three ingredients and a few spices, that’s all you need for the spicy pointed cabbage and minced meat pan, which also has very few carbohydrates.
- Pointed cabbage
Pointed cabbage is a special form of white cabbage with a mild and particularly delicate cabbage taste. You can also replace the pointed cabbage with white cabbage. It has a more intense taste and is a little crunchier than the pointed head of cabbage. - minced meat
I use organic ground beef. But mixed hack also works. - yogurt
A dollop of yoghurt goes well with the pointed cabbage and minced meat pan. You decide whether natural yoghurt or Greek yoghurt. - Herbs & Spices
I season my pointed cabbage pan with salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and fresh parsley. Tip: A little Worcestershire sauce ensures a particularly hearty taste.

Preparing the spicy and hearty pointed cabbage stir-fry is really easy! As always, you can find quantities in my recipe card below.
Step 1
First, halve the pointed cabbage and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Then heat oil in a pan and fry the ground beef vigorously. Then add the pointed cabbage and fry for about 10 minutes until it is lightly browned. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. The cabbage should definitely still have some bite.
Step 3
Serve the pointed cabbage and minced meat pan with a dollop of yoghurt and fresh parsley.
