Sajnepata bata: Sajne pata bata keeps you healthy during the change of seasons

During the change of seasons, there should be some items in the diet which will help in boosting immunity in the body along with taste.
It has been proven in modern scientific research that along with the stems and flowers of this plant, the leaves of this plant also play an active role in increasing the body’s immune system. But what are the recipes with sajne leaves? Read this report to know.

Materials:-
Sajne leaves (1 bowl)
Black cumin (half teaspoon)
Dry Chillies (2)
Green Chillies (2)
salt (to taste)
Turmeric (as needed)
Sugar (as needed)
Garlic (6-7 cloves)
Mustard oil (2 tsp).

Procedure:-
Heat oil in a kadai and add black cumin, dry chillies, green chillies, chopped garlic, sajon leaves, turmeric, sugar in quantity, reduce the heat and fry for some time. When the vegetables become completely soft, take them down and cool them. Fold the leaves into the prepared sauce. Serve hot with sajon patta bata.
