Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Dried tofu
    100g
  • Green onion
    1/4 stick (approx. 20g)
  • ginger
    10g
  • Cilantro
    As appropriate
  • Nuts (your choice)
    As appropriate

  • Kikkoman Always Freshly Squeezed Raw Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • vinegar
    2 teaspoons
  • Kikkoman Doubanjiang
    1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Grated garlic
    1/2 teaspoon

How to make it

    Boil the dried tofu in boiling water for about 1 minute, then transfer to cold water to cool. Wrap in kitchen paper to drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Finely chop the green onions. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Cut off the root of the coriander and cut it into 2cm pieces. Roughly chop the nuts.

    Combine (A) in a bowl and add the green onions and ginger (2) and mix.

    Add the dried tofu from (1), mix, and serve on a plate. If desired, top with coriander and nuts.
