- 200g caster sugar
- 100gr butter
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 2 eggs
- 3 oranges

Mix 200g of caster sugar with 2 beaten eggs. Add the zest and juice of two oranges.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it on the bottom of the mold. Cut the oranges except one into thin slices. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Pour this mixture onto the raw pastry and place thin slices of orange on top. Sprinkle with 50g of melted butter. Bake for 60 minutes at 170°C.
