Tips for drinking sake
The expert explains that sake and its different styles are widely consumed in Japan at any time of the year, but in Brazil and with its productions, she prefers to prioritize what offers a good tasting, thinking about temperature and container.
- Temperature: sake must have a temperature between 5ºC and 55ºC, considered mild or hot. If you are going to drink hot sake, the ideal is to opt for the Junmai type.
- Container: for the expert, you should not drink sake in a massu, because it interferes with the experience in terms of flavor and aroma, due to the material and rim.
