The delicious recipe for creamy lemon pasta

Make it creamier by adding cream for a mouth-watering result!
Brown the garlic over medium-low heat in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and leave to flavor for a few minutes.
Add the juice of a lemon and tone down the acidity by cooking for two or three minutes; then add the cream, the grated lemon zest, a sprinkling of parsley and season with salt.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and drain well al dente, finally transfer it to the pan with the seasoning and a drop of cooking water and stir for a minute.
Plate up, garnish with some parsley and serve your hot and creamy lemon linguine!
