Prepare Mediterranean tortellini salad in 3 steps
- Cook tortellini. Because I take the pasta out of the refrigerator, it’s ready in just a few minutes. Let them cool briefly – they can then be used in a salad.
- Prepare salad ingredients. In other words: roast pine nuts in a pan. You don’t need any oil for this. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, wash the rocket and roughly chop the ham.
