White Chocolate Brownies Recipe

To make white chocolate brownies, first chop the white chocolate with a knife 1 and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Also melt the butter and let both cool. Now pour the eggs at room temperature into a bowl, add the sugar 2 and work with electric whisks 3 until you obtain a soft and frothy mixture.

Add the melted butter to the mixture 4 and melted white chocolate 5 and mix with a spatula from bottom to top to mix everything well 6.

Take the electric whisk again and add the flour little by little while keeping them in action 7then add the dark chocolate chips 8 and mix again with the spatula to combine 9.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place a 20×20 cm square pastry ring on top, then butter it 10 and flour it; alternatively you can use a baking tray of the same size, buttered and floured. Pour the mixture into the mold 11level it with a spatula 12 and cook in a preheated static oven at 180° for about 22 minutes.

Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove the square mold 13 and let your white chocolate brownies cool before cutting them into squares 14 and serve them dusted with icing sugar 15!
