Ingredients – Ingredients

1 Meat 1 kg

2 Rice 750 grams (wash and soak for 15 minutes)

3 Onion (cut into slices) 2-3 nos

4 Tomatoes (finely chopped) 2 nos

5 1 tablespoon of hot spice

6 Cumin 1 teaspoon

7 Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp

8 Fennel 1 tablespoon

9 Black chillies 5-6 nos

10 Cloves 4 nos

11 Cinnamon 1 inch piece

12 1 tablespoon of dried coriander

13 6 cloves of garlic

14 Ginger 1 inch piece

15 6-8 red chillies

16 Salt to taste

17 Oil half a cup

Step by Step Instructions – Preparation recipe

For the cold

  1. 1Add meat, fennel, ground coriander, garlic, ginger piece, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and salt to the pot and add water for cooling.
  2. 2Cover and cook on medium heat
  3. 3If the meat is rotten, separate it with a cold strainer and separate the herbs
  4. 4Heat oil in a large pan, add onions and fry until golden brown
  5. 5Take out a small onion in a separate plate and keep it
  6. 6Add meat, ginger, garlic paste, hot spices, cumin seeds, red chillies, tomato and salt and fry.
  7. 7Add prepared yakhna and rice and cook

  10. 10Dissolve yellow color in a little water and sprinkle it on top and keep it on the tail for 15-20 minutes
