Ingredients

1 Meat ½ kg

2 Rice 2 cups

3 Salt to taste

4 Ginger Garlic, crushed 1 tbsp

5 Ginger, one inch piece

6 Onion, three medium

7 Tomatoes, three medium

8 Potatoes, three medium

9 Yogurt, one cup

10 Chopped red chili, one teaspoon

11 Ground red chili, one tablespoon

12 Hot spices, one teaspoon

13 Nutmeg, one clove, ground Half a teaspoon

14 Dried potatoes 3 to 4 pieces

15 Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

16 Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

17 Mint leaves

18 A few leaves

19 A pinch of egg yolk

20 Cooking oil 1/2 cup


Step by Step Instructions – How to prepare Recipe

  1. Mix two tablespoons of yogurt with egg yolk and beat. Fry the finely chopped onion in cooking oil until golden brown and set aside.
  2. In a cup of water, add salt, ginger, garlic, hot spices, nutmeg, yogurt, ground and chopped. Add the crushed red pepper and cooking oil and stir.
  3. Add the meat, mix well and cook on medium heat for five to seven minutes, then reduce the heat.
  4. When the meat is half cooked, add the potato pieces and Add the yogurt mixed with the yolk.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked, add the fried onions, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes (soaked in half a cup of water) and cook on low heat.
  6. Add salt to the rice and water. Boil a kaani with finely chopped ginger and curry leaves and strain it. Add finely chopped coriander, mint, chaat masala and rice to the meat mixture.
  7. Top Add two tablespoons of cooking oil and cook on low heat for ten to fifteen minutes.
