Mushroom flan is a typical autumn recipe
Simple recipe with step-by-step process to make a mouth-watering mushroom flan,

Ingredients
600 g Champignon mushrooms
70 g Butter
250 g Whole milk
50 g 00 white flour
30 g Parmigiano Reggiano
4 Egg
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Nutmeg
Procedure
To prepare your mushroom flan, the first step you need to follow is that of
“cut”. Take your mushrooms and cut them into cubes, do the same with the onion. Get one
pan, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the onion, add the butter and wait for it to melt. Then, add the mushrooms you cut previously. Cook your mushrooms for a full 10 minutes, or until browned, be careful to stir constantly.
Gradually add the flour, milk, grated parmesan, salt and a little walnut.

In the meantime, take two bowls, beat the eggs in one and whip the egg whites until stiff in the other.
Combine both compounds. Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and breadcrumbs and pour in your mixture. Turn the oven on to 180 degrees and cook your mushroom flan for about 35 minutes. Pay attention to cooking, it can vary from oven to oven. Once cooked, decorate your mushroom flan as you like.
