1 One kilo of meat
2 One kilo of rice
3 Add onion 3
4 One and a half potatoes
5 Two green chillies
6 Mint Quarter Gudi
7 A large piece of ginger
8 Garlic is large and half female
9 Yogurt is a pau
10 A teaspoon of turmeric tea
11 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper tea
12 Salt to taste
13 Big Cardamom 3
14 Small cardamom 5
15 Cloves 6
16 A spoonful of black cumin
17 A few grains of black pepper
18 Cinnamon one inch piece
19 A little bit of saffron
20 Yolk color as per requirement
21 Oil as required
Step by Step Instructions – Preparation recipe
- 1Grind ginger, garlic, mint, green chillies and make it a spice, brown the onion and extract its oil in a separate vessel.
- 2Put half of the browned onion in the pot and put the meat on it and fry it lightly.
- 3Add ground spices, salt, pepper, turmeric and hot spices and fry well.
- 4Now add saffron and curd and fry it and add water and keep the meat to cook.
- 5When the meat is half cooked, add potatoes, black cumin, black pepper and salt and cook it. Boil the rice. When the rice is boiled, strain it and take it out.
- 6When the potatoes and meat are cooked, put a layer of rice in the broth (keep the broth thick) and put the spices of the meat on top of it. Similarly, put another layer of rice.
- 7When laying the last layer, add a little yolk color dissolved in water.
- 8Spread the remaining browned onions on top of the rice and the oil that was kept separately and spread it well and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
