First, take a small pan and grease it with olive oil. Sprinkle it with the breadcrumbs and set aside. Then cut the crust sheet into thin strips. Put a layer of the crust sheet in the pan.
Mix the egg, strained yogurt, fresh milk, olive oil, water, salt, sugar, baking powder and all-purpose flour in a bowl. After the mixture is homogenized, pour some of our mixture over the crust sheets in the pan. With a spoon we make sure they are well wet.
Pour half of the parizzaki and half of the cheese mix on top. On top, this time, put very few strips of phyllo crust. Wet with very little of the egg mixture. Put the rest of the cheeses and the rest of the parizzaki, cover with the rest of the crust and pour over the remaining mixture.

Make sure again with the spoon that they are well wet. Leave for 10 minutes aside and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour. In the end, because it hadn’t gotten any color underneath, we rested the pan for about 10 minutes on the bottom of the oven.
