Add the ground beef and pork to a bowl. Put the grated onion, the well soaked in water and squeezed with our hands bread, egg, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, oregano, allspice, chopped mint, chopped parsley, ouzo and olive oil.

Knead with our hands very well until the ingredients are combined and cover the mixture with transparent film. We put the mixture for 30 minutes in the fridge and prepare the vegetables in the pot.

We get one hull with a lid or a pan with a lid. Spread the eggplants, peppers, potatoes, dry onions, parsley and garlic. Add the salt, pepper, thyme and coriander and mix. Add a little of the olive oil and mix again.

Shape our meatballs and spread them over the vegetables in the pan. Add the grated tomato and the olive oil and mix to get the sauce and oil all over.

Cover with the lid of the pan and bake at 175 degrees Celsius, up or down, air for 3 quarters of an hour. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the meatballs are golden brown and the food remains with its oil.
