Recipe for sausage patties with easy kourou dough for the school lunch or the children’s party. You can use the same grated dough to make cheesecakes or baby spinach.
First, put the butter, sunflower oil and fresh milk in a bowl and mix. Then we add the salt, baking powder and flour for all purposes and knead well, until we get a soft dough that does not stick to the hands.
Divide the dough into balls. We open each ball into a leaflet with our hand and put a small sausage. Close and place the sausage patties on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. 
Beat the egg with the milk and brush the sausage patties. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius, in a preheated oven until they are well browned. 
Makes about 25 sausage patties. Instead of butter we can put vitamins. Instead of sunflower oil, we can put light olive oil.
