Inspired by the blog of Emilie Franzo, alias Not a crumb leftthis recipe for chocolate-fleur de sel cookies immediately caught my eye. As a big cookie lover, I couldn’t resist the urge to try it!
Personally, I prefer cookies that are slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This recipe is exactly what you need if, like me, you love this type of ultra-soft cookies. Their survival time with us was only a few hours, which shows how delicious these biscuits are!

I adapted the recipe by reducing the amount of butter and sugar, and it was by far the best batch of cookies I’ve made so far!
In New York, you find a lot of cookies like this, very spread out and super soft! I adore! Anyway… So I leave you with this really delicious cookie recipe (and for once, not at all low GI – pardon to all those who follow me for balanced recipes :D). I hope you will tell me some news!

- 200 g butter
- 100 g brown sugar

Enjoy straight away… or keep these cookies for a week in a metal box (but who can resist temptation for that long? :P)
